Ginza Capital Hotel Moegi

The adjoining rooms was so convienent for our family with 2 seperate rooms and one entrance. The Japanese breakfast was delicious and such a great deal if you love raw fish. They had Chiraishi bowls every morning that my family thoroughly enjoyed.

There was an odd smell to the water

This hotel was wonderful, confortable and clean an near the fish market and other attractions.

The only thing but I think it was for my own good I left something behind in the room and I have to go in person to pick it up they could not mail it to me. Also they do need people that speak other languages like Spanish it was really hard to communicate with them.

The location is amazing. Right next to two subway stations, and within walking distance to Tokyo Station and the Imperial Gardens. Ginza is a lovely area, and a quieter place to retreat to after busy days in Tokyo. All staff we encountered were very friendly throughout the stay.

I slept well, but the beds are quite stiff. If you or your partner prefer a softer mattress it might be difficult for you. The pillows weren’t the best either. This was simply a place for us to rest every night, so the small room wasn’t an issue. However the bathroom ceiling is quite low; anyone much over 6’/183cm tall will not be able to stand up straight in the shower. Made it work, but it wasn’t the best way to wash up every day.

Good value for money in great area of Tokyo for shopping and dining. Very close to metro. Hotel restaurant was very good indeed. Had one of the best steak dinners of our vacation. Lobby included a small kitchen area with water station, microwave helpful.

Staff was very inconsistent and didn't seem like they communicated information with one another when changing shifts.

We booked last minute and the stay turned out very good. The hotel is a bit more on the edge of Ginza, but still convenient. The room was comfortable and overall it was a solid choice for a quick one-night stay in Tokyo.

The check out was super strict, we checked in there late so expected to have a bit late check out, however, as expected from rules respecting Japan, we payed extra for the late check out

Hôtel is very nice and quiet. Near the metro and very easy to go to the city !

The AC was very very dry and directy onto the beds. it was hard to sleep with the AC but too hot to not use it ^^

The room wasn’t clean enough. The couch was stained, the bathroom had hair everywhere. If there was availability at a reasonable price at another property I would’ve checked out last night but I had no other options. Cleanliness is most important to me at a hotel and this one failed. Also had termites in the room at least I think it was a termite
